Forgotten: Short Film

This is a short film titled Forgotten, starring Evan Symonds and Ethan Symonds. The story follows a 15-year-old boy making his way through local woodland in the late 1980s, heading to meet a friend. Lost in his music and completely at ease, he walks without a care in the world, until he suddenly disappears without a trace.

The film then shifts to the present day, where his spirit appears to return, or perhaps it is something far more unsettling, a supernatural presence connected to his disappearance. The narrative invites the viewer to question what really happened and whether the past has ever truly been laid to rest.

Filmed on location in the New Forest, the piece captures the natural atmosphere of the landscape to enhance the sense of isolation and mystery. The project was written, produced, directed, and edited by Ethan Symonds, bringing together each element to create a cohesive and atmospheric short film.
